A registration fee of $15.00 per dancer or $20.00 per family is charged to all new students. Registration Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Power Dance Company's dance season runs from September to June each year. Tuition payments cover 3, 4 or 5 weekly lessons in a month and don't include holidays, school closures, weather or attendance. Tuition is due between the 1st and 10th of EVERY MONTH. Tuition Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
On the 11th of each month, a $25.00 late fee will be added to your account if tuition payment hasn't been received in full.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Power Dance Company accepts all MAJOR debit and credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For every credit/debit card transaction, there is a service fee charged of 2.75%.
Any photos or videos taken by any of our Power Dance Company staff members and/or from competitions/conventions, may and/or will be used for promotional purposes ONLY! If you will not want your child's picture to be used for any promotional purposes, please let our office manager know as soon as possible.
INCLEMENT WEATHER/STUDIO CLOSINGS
Power Dance Company follows the Walled Lake Consolidated School District for all Inclement Weather and School Closings. If we have to close due to weather or building conditions, we will publish announcements on all of our social media handles (Facebook and Instagram) and send an email to all registered families. We will also close due to extremely building problems, such as power outages or building leaks, for the safety of our families. It is our studio policy that we don't provide refunds for any studio closure due to inclement weather or extremely building conditions.
